

Andrew Wuebker is a multimedia journalist. He is an avid writer and storyteller that believes in finding the stories that go unnoticed and unheard. He has a high attention to detail and believes in telling compelling and visually appealing stories, whether that is through print, online, video or broadcast.
Andrew has been able to put his passion and skills to use through an internship, taking journalism courses at Roger Williams University and served as Sports Editor at RWU’s official newspaper, The Hawks’ Herald. Andrew is also a member of the Society of Professional Journalists and has attended various journalism conferences including the 2016 College Media Association Convention in Atlanta, The New York Times 2017 inEducation Student Newspaper Editors Workshop in New York and the 2017 College Media Mega Workshop at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
Andrew is always seeking new challenges and opportunities to expand on his journalistic knowledge. He’s eager and willing to use new experiences to learn new things and grow as a storyteller.
In May 2018, the RWU Journalism and Communications Department awarded Andrew with the Senior Journalism Student of the Year award for outstanding academic achievement.
He is currently working as a Key Holder and Department Sales Lead at a Dick’s Sporting Goods in Seekonk, Mass.
A Massachusetts native where he grew up a fervent New England sports fan, Andrew is a member of Roger Williams University’s Class of 2018 and holds a Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism with a minor in Marketing.
